Tuesday, April 23, at 2 PM on KPFK: Part three of my three-part Fund Drive series celebrating The Long COVID Reader, a remarkable anthology edited by Mary Ladd and featuring essays and poetry from writers experiencing long COVID, as well as a doctor who has treated them.  This is a first-rate literary anthology in addition to being an important artifact, document, advocacy statement.  My guests are editor Ladd as well as three contributors: Dr. Stacy Wentworth, writer Andrew David King and poet Austin Crowley. In today’s show, Crowley reads his poem “Syncope” and Ladd reads her essay “Sometimes, Not Always.”
